Your Cabin

Life onboard starts with a place to call your own. Cabin arrangements vary depending on the cruise line and your position, ranging from shared accommodation to private cabins for many leadership roles. As your career develops, so too can the benefits that come with it.

Meals 

​

Meals are provided throughout your contract, with dedicated crew dining areas serving a variety of freshly prepared dishes each day. Menus vary between ships, often reflecting the diverse nationalities of the crew and catering for a range of dietary preferences. Some positions may also enjoy access to additional dining venues and guest restaurants, depending on the cruise line and your role.

Contract Length

Cruise retail contracts typically range from five to eight months, depending on your position, cruise line and itinerary. During your time onboard, you'll live, work and travel with your team before enjoying a well-earned period of leave at home. Many crew members choose to return for future contracts, building on their experience and progressing into more senior roles as their careers develop.

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is an important part of life at sea.
